what is needed?

  • 20 grams of pitted dates
  • 200 ml (1 cup) sugar-free milk or soy drink
  • Ripe and peeled banana
  • A glass of ice

how to make?

  • Put the smoothie ingredients in a blender.
  • Grind until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
